The 1st floor features an open floor plan country-style kitchen and living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area with a stack washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one large bedroom with 2-queen size beds and a nice walk-out balcony.&nbsp; A second divided sleeping area features 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider.&nbsp; &nbsp;This wi-fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).<br />

SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Remember your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!</span></span><br />

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></span></p>
