“American Dream” is situated on an oversized lot on a quiet cul-de-sac with outstanding views of the Bald Head Island golf course and lagoon. This beauty was completely restored and taken down to the studs in 2020 and will be open for new rentals Spring of 2021! The home has been professionally decorated and tons of upgrades and nice finishing touches. The lower level contains 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a combo bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a twin plus a bunk with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has two twins. Upstairs is the main living area with a gourmet / well stocked kitchen, half bath, expansive porch overlooking the great water views of the lagoon and 2 master suites. Both master suites include king beds and private baths. The 3rd level is a loft with great ocean views! It also contains a separate bedroom with 2 queens. Three four passenger golf carts are also included for your enjoyment with the beach being less than a minute cart ride away!

Amazing home. Beautiful views of the pond, club house, and golf course. Upstairs has a small porch with ocean views and you are quick 5 min walk to the beach. Home has all the amenities and transportation needed for a large family or 2 families vacationing together.
