Let’s talk about location! This gem is situated on the quiet street of Cape Fear Trail right where South Beach and West Beach meet. Not only does our private boardwalk lead you to miles of unspoiled beaches, but we also have a private pool plus hot tub right in our own backyard! There is really no need to leave this perfect vacation spot. The main living area is spacious including a living room, sunroom (lots of seating areas!), dining area and oversized, well stocked kitchen! Enjoy the colorful sunsets from the main living area that is filled with floor to ceiling windows or enjoy a glass of wine on the expansive decks overlooking west beach with views of containerships and sailboats! There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in this one level home. There are two king master suites, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and in the 4th bedroom there is a spacious bunk room including 2 built-in bunk beds (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DOOR IN THIS ROOM). A BHI full membership including golf and shoals membership are available for a separate purchase.

Nice home and great service!

Best Spot On The Island

The home is on one of the best spots on the island. We enjoyed watching the large container ships and river pilots pass by while sitting in the living room. There were many turtle nests nearby. All of the rooms are spacious. The pool was popular with the whole family. Cooking together as a family was easy, as the kitchen is well stocked.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time at 13 Cape Fear Trail. It was perfect for our "girls getaway" and the office space came in handy as several us had to work remotely while on the island. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, although the stove was hard to figure out as not all the burner settings were the same and not marked and it didn't keep a consistent temperature, but we made it work! Anytime we called with a problem, it was addressed very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
