The home also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet access, washer/dryer, and a garage/parking.

Sleeping spaces are split between the two connected halves. In the main house, the primary bedroom is on the first floor and includes an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Upstairs, there is a loft area and a bedroom furnished with two double beds plus a twin bed. Across the breezeway, the second section includes two queen bedrooms and an additional bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed; this room is accessed through one of the queen bedrooms. This side uses a shared hall bathroom.

For families traveling with young children, a highchair or booster and a pack and play are provided. The home allows one dog (nonrefundable pet fee applies). Linens and bath towels are included; some items such as bikes and beach gear are not guaranteed. A gas grill is provided. Club access may be available for separate purchase depending on dates and availability.
