Upon entering, you will find all five bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms feature private, attached bathrooms, while the remaining two share a spacious hall bath. The upper level boasts an expansive and light-filled main living floor. This level features a large chef’s kitchen equipped with all new appliances. The comfortable living space includes a large mounted TV, perfect for family movie nights. Enjoy the natural light streaming in through the large windows, which offer picturesque views of South Bald Head, including glimpses of the ocean. Step out onto the large back deck to enjoy the island breeze. The deck is furnished with a comfortable sofa set and lounge chairs, providing an ideal spot to relax and soak up the sunshine.
