Belvedere's elevation on South Beach's Dune Ridge provides spectacular ocean vistas from the home's screen porches and decks on the first two levels, as well as the widow's walk/porch on the property's third floor.

The home's rich, dark walnut floors are the first thing you notice upon entering Belvedere, and they hint at all the magnificent touches this gem has in store for you. The first level of this reverse floor plan opens into a gathering/entertainment area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen. Off this hub are three bedrooms spotlighting ocean views. A Queen Suite features a sitting area, a large flat screen, a desk for jotting postcards (while relishing the view), and a private ensuite bath—another Queen bedroom with an adjacent bath with a walk-in shower. The twin bedroom with a trundle has a convenient nearby hall full bath. In addition, the laundry room is on this floor, as well as access to a screened porch.

Upstairs, you'll delight in the bright, spacious, and open sitting area, dining room, and kitchen. Relax and renew while enjoying stunning views of South Beach, or gather the family for conversation or a movie on the big screen while snuggling on the comfy sofas and chairs. Nearby, you can dine in the tastefully-appointed dining room, complete with an elegant chandelier. The table easily accommodates eight. If alfresco meals are your preference, don't forget there's a dining set in the screened porch on this floor! Both of these options present spectacular seascapes, ensuring pleasant meals. For more informal munching, sit at the extra-large granite island. The island is also great for prepping culinary masterpieces and is just part of this high-end chef's dream kitchen (which comes fully stocked with cookware/dishware and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and custom European-style, frameless cabinets). Also on this level is a gorgeous King Owner's Suite. You'll love the soaring vaulted ceilings that highlight the awesome views seen from the windows.
