Note: Every bath in the house has just been renovated- replacing all floors, showers, fixtures, and counters. A laundry completes this level. 
Upstairs, the light-drenched open floor plan is topped by a beamed tri-vaulted ceiling and showcases spectacular panoramas on each end. To the East, the ocean shimmers through a wall of glass.
