Welcome to **Valras’Loc**, in this beautiful 3-star rated 2-bedroom apartment located on the top floor of the secure **Archipel Panarea** residence in Valras-Plage. Ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this bright and fully equipped apartment offers an exceptional setting between the sea and the Pyrenees, just a few steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The property features a spacious, light-filled living room with direct access to a large terrace offering panoramic sea views. Two comfortable bedrooms with balconies extend the living space, each providing beautiful open views. The first bedroom includes a 140 cm double bed, while the second offers a 140 cm double bed plus a 90 cm single bed. A 160 cm sofa bed in the living room allows the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests in total. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as two separate toilets distributed across the levels.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: refrigerator, freezer, Smeg induction cooktops, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as a raclette and crêpe machine. Everything has been designed to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. You will also benefit from high-speed internet, air conditioning, and board games for your relaxing moments.

The terrace is a true highlight of the property, featuring outdoor furniture and sun loungers. It is the perfect place to enjoy meals or simply relax while admiring the sea and Pyrenees views. The residence is quiet, secure, and ideally located, with easy walking access to the beach, shops, and entertainment.

A private parking space is included for added convenience, and Bus Line E is nearby. Béziers train station is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, as is Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport. Paid public parking is also available nearby during the high season.

A security deposit is required for all bookings, including Airbnb reservations, via credit card pre-authorization, with the amount varying depending on the property. You will receive a message approximately 2 days before arrival to complete the online check-in process, at which time you will need to register a credit card for the deposit. A guarantee starting from €150 may be required depending on the accommodation. ⚠️ Without validation of the security deposit, access to the property cannot be granted.

Baby equipment is available as an option: a travel cot and high chair are offered as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this purpose, without a mattress topper. Baby bedding is not provided.

Early arrival or late departure: subject to availability, with a supplement of €40. Arrival after 11:00 PM: a supplement of €40 applies only if in-person check-in is required.
