Mandatory Security Deposit
• A €1,500 security deposit is required for all bookings, including Airbnb guests, via a bank pre-authorization.

Security / Cameras Outdoor security cameras are installed on the premises for the safety of the property. Baby equipment is available as an option: a travel cot and high chair are offered as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this purpose, without a mattress topper. Baby bedding is not provided.

Early arrival or late departure: subject to availability, with a supplement of €40. Arrival after 11:00 PM: a supplement of €40 applies only if in-person check-in is required.
