Property Description

Comfortable apartment for 4 people, thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage space for a stress-free stay. Located in the heart of Le Môle, just steps from shops, restaurants, and the beach, it offers beautiful sea views. Functional, bright, and well-designed, it’s the perfect base for enjoying your Mediterranean getaway.

The apartment features:
A bathroom with a toilet;
A large storage cupboard;
An open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with a microwave that also functions as an oven, and a ground coffee maker;
A washing machine;
A 140 cm sofa bed;
Air conditioning throughout the apartment;
A veranda with a trundle bed consisting of two 90 cm single beds, which can be joined together to form a comfortable 180 cm double bed.

The guests have full access to the entire apartment.

The Môle area in Cap d’Agde is a lively and pleasant neighborhood, with all amenities close by, including shops, restaurants, beaches, and local services. Everything can easily be reached on foot, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without needing a car.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is mandatory, including for Airbnb guests, and will be requested via a bank card pre-authorization. The amount may range from €300 to €1,500, depending on the property.
You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in. At this stage, you will be able to register your bank card for the security deposit.
If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the accommodation cannot be provided.
Baby Equipment
Baby equipment is available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair, provided as a package for €15 per stay.
The travel cot is supplied with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot. No additional thick mattress is provided.
Baby bed linen is not provided.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability, with an additional fee of €40.
Late Arrival
For arrivals after 11:00 PM, a €40 fee applies only if a physical welcome is required.
If the late arrival after 11:00 PM is completed independently, no additional fee will be charged.
