I/we always enjoy our time at Serenity Woods! A few suggestions update the pillows, they're very uncomfortable and the ice maker needs to be checked. I've been coming to Blue ridge for years and never get enough of Serenity Woods; my family and have celebrated many memorable moments there, as always thank you!!!

We arrived late over the weekend and the television upstairs did not work. I emailed the office and they had maintenance out the very next morning to have it fixed--on a Sunday! The home was very nice and will recommend Navaeh to friends and family.

This was a celebration and girls get a way weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cabin had been updated but the new screened in porch cuts off the outdoor fireplace to where it is almost unusable. Pull out sofa could be more comfortable. All in all it fit our needs and we had a relaxing, fun time.
