The cabin was very clean, and the management staff was very helpful. The cabin is right across from the Toccoa River, and the views from the cabin balcony are terrific.
Perfect River Escape
by Sheri on 08/24/2020
We fell in love with this 3-story cabin on the Toccoa River. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Great customer service and responsiveness. The cabin is several miles off the main road and is a 10 - 15 minute drive to the town of Blue Ridge. It's located across the street from the river with a private area for fishing and relaxing. There's a fire pit and horseshoes, so we spent most evenings enjoying the view. I suggest bringing fire starter kits and bug spray. The river is shallow in the morning, but gets pretty deep with a strong current by afternoon. It took several days before we caught any fish, but the last day, we caught several trout on worms. The cabin is beautifully decorated. The first floor leads to one bedroom / bath and the laundry room. There is a washer / dryer which is convenient. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor which opens to a full kitchen and warm, cozy family room complete with fire place. There is a large balcony with a gorgeous view of the river. A bedroom / bathroom is also on this floor. The third floor includes a bedroom / bath with a private balcony and a loft area with pool and gaming tables. Ways to make it better: For a higher end cabin, the outdoor furniture could be updated. Currently, there's patio and plastic furniture. Rocking chairs or more upscale furniture would be nice. Tips for Traveling: If you are over 16, you'll need a fishing license. We recommend Appalachian Anglers for a half day float trip. It was a great way to learn how to fly fish, and we caught 15 trout during off-season. Fun nearby stops include Mercier Orchards, Bear Claw Winery, Grumpy Old Men Brewery and the town of Blue Ridge. Fall Branch Falls was perfect for a moderate level hike about 30 minutes away. We can't wait to go back!

Nice getaway for a family- pretty river view and quiet!
by Tara on 07/31/2020
We had a nice relaxing getaway at Heaven on the Toccoa. Loved the river view and the porch swing. and the 3 bedroom suites on separate floors which is great with teenagers. We enjoyed the pool table and the checker board as well. Cabin was very clean! Very nice and accommodating ladies at the office. Thank you for everything!

A GREAT second trip to this rental home!
by Jeff on 07/09/2020
My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July and our experience was just as great as the first trip last year. We love the layout of the cabin with a room on each level, the toccoa river directly out front, and a nice fire pit area to lounge around by the river. We will certainly be back for a third trip!

Had a great time!
by Steve on 07/01/2020
Everything worked in the cabin. Very nice cabin and comfortable. I would recommend staying there. The flyfishing was great. Stay here and have a great time.

Perfect!
by LaToya on 06/16/2020
The cabin was perfect! It was clean, well decorated, spacious, perfect for our weekend getaway. The scenery was beautiful, being able to stay of the river was awesome. The only problem we encountered was the that the air conditioner stopped working. I reached out to the contact person and they sent someone over ver within two hours. Overall, it was a great experience and will be visiting soon.

Perfect peaceful getaway!

Clean cabin perfect for a valentines day weekend, close enough to town for dinner, but far enough to feel away! Great property!

Great getaway
by Richard on 01/04/2020
Our family had a fantastic time. The cabin and setting was amazing. Our kids enjoyed fishing. The cabin is well equipped and beautiful.

Beautiful lodge and location
by Robin on 10/09/2019
The lodge was fantastic. Very comfortable. Being on the water is nice touch. Other pluses: Good water pressure in the shower. Climate control was great. Lodge was very clean. The bar in the kitchen provided lots of space for preparing and serving food. Everything we tried to use was in good working order. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the water and relaxing. Great television in the living room for watching college football. We also had some special requests, and the management was very accommodating and gracious. Some downsides: Lots of stairs - kitchen and living space is on the second floor. The water in the kitchen has a very strong sulfur smell, but I didn't notice this in the bathrooms or shower. There was no pitcher in the kitchen (we had to make and serve orange juice in the blender). Thanks for the great experience. We will be back!

Great cabin! Incredible fishing and golf!
by Chad on 10/02/2019
Would love to have the chance to stay here again. The cabin was well kept and in a great location for everything in the area. The river out front of the house offers some great fishing spots. Overall really enjoyed the cabin and the area. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect spot!
by Steven on 08/04/2019
We definitely thought this cabin was one of our favorites, clean, comfortable, easy drive and great river access. You can not beat being on the Toccoa with a wonderful view from all rooms and so much outdoor deck space. We could of stayed another week we had so much fun! Thanks for this great vacation spot!
