Welcome to Golden Hill on 5 acres. Through the french doors walk onto the deck and enjoy lounging with massive long range mountain views. This spacious home has 7 bedrooms with plenty of space for families with kids. This home has everything you need for your next gathering with eat in kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. The Eat in kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and has a wood burning fire place to enjoy a good book while waiting for a nice family meal. The main level has a side access door to the deck and hot tub. The Hot tub is a treat for cool nights after a great day at the slopes or snow shoeing. Foosball table and two dart boards along with a bar for friends and family to enjoy their favorite spirit or a friendly game . The indoor ski locker and mudroom when you walk into the first level of the home is a great place store ski equipment. The walk in first level also offers laundry a full bathroom and a place to watch a movie in the family room. 3 sleeping spaces are also on this level. The pellet stove is also a great for warmth and ambiance. The outdoor fire pit is a great addition and can make the cool nights fun for all.

For those environmentally conscience the home has geothermal heating.
