The Farm is situated on 45 acres, with some of the pasture providing food and fun to our neighboring cows and horses. It is the perfect backdrop at sunset, especially on those cool summer and fall evenings out by the fire pit! The views from high on the hill are breathtaking to say the least. There are walking trails throughout the woods for exploring nature at your leisure. Wintertime is a favorite with state snowmobile trails adjacent to the property, and a 15 minute drive to beautiful Ellicottville ski slopes! Anytime of year is a great time to make the half hour drive to Allegany State Park or Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca. Originally an Amish farmhouse, the home was fully renovated with modern conveniences in 2022, creating a perfect blending of the beautiful country outdoors with all the modern comforts indoors. The Farm features six bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. There are three full bathrooms. All appliances are new. Water to the home is fresh, naturally filtered spring water from a spring that runs on the property. Whether you are looking for a day of outdoor fun, some shopping at local Amish gift shops, or just a spacious, comfortable home to enjoy time together with family and friends, this is the place for you.
