Ellicottville's Horn Hill Barn is an ideal spot for a family of 4 to 6 with plenty of room to relax with family and friends indoors and out. This spacious timber frame house was built in 2018 that sits up top on Horn Hill offering incredible views.  Just 7 minutes to Holiday Valley. 4 minutes to Tops supermarket and village of Ellicottville  . Fireplace, fire pit, gas grill, patio, big yard, sledding, TV and Wi-Fi.
 
Horn Hill Barn is a modern timber frame house with a barn exterior. Inside it is clean and bright with high quality furnishings and fixtures. It is cozy with radiant floor heat and a gas fireplace.
Downstairs: Living room, bunk area, mudroom, 1/2 bath.
Upstairs: Queen bedroom, kitchen, dining, queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, full bath.
 
Guests have the entire barn when renting our getaway. It also includes a large yard, a patio, an enclosed fire pit, and parking in front of the barn. The property is located on 5.5 Acres.
