The hamlet is located on the eastern shore of Lake Erie. ROUTE 5 TO BENNETT TO LAKESHORE HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise overnight. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of persons stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charge to your credit card. Perfectly situated on Iroquois Bay between Mickey Rats Beach Club and Bennett Beach, this west-facing lakefront home provides breathtaking sunset views over Lake Erie every evening. Guests can spend their days swimming, sunbathing on the sandy beach, walking along the shoreline, biking through the community, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing while listening to the soothing sound of waves rolling onto the shore. Few properties offer such direct access to both the lake and beach while remaining conveniently located near local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor recreation.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a spacious layout designed to maximize lake views throughout the property. Inside, recent updates have enhanced both comfort and style. New hardwood flooring throughout the first floor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while a brand-new custom Arhaus sectional sofa has been perfectly positioned to provide unobstructed views of the lake from the living area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A newly added kitchen island offers seating for five guests and serves as a natural gathering space for conversation and entertaining.
