From granite counters and stainless appliances, to hand painted murals, luxurious , large baths, full sized washer/dryer and over sized balcony with view of the ocean, this condo easily accommodates your party of 8. ( Note; the king bedroom and double bedroom are en suite with private baths, 3rd bath is hall access.) The owners have provided 4 TV's and 4 DVD players, as well as free WiFi. There is also an outdoor pool and parking for 2 cars. This property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent. Oc Control#61564
