This 3-bedroom, 2-full bath property offers unbeatable access to the beach and is just steps away from top dining, nightlife, and the family-friendly fun the boardwalk is known for—not to mention those unforgettable sunrises. With central A/C, sleeping space for 8, two TVs with basic cable, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for two vehicles, this home provides everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Direct boardwalk access from the balcony makes beach days a breeze. No smoking and no pets, please. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check-in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check-in, the property must re-rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
