There is a balcony with an ocean view, and each bedroom is equipped with TVs and DVD players, including a new 42" TV in the living room. A must-see! The building charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival, and parking is available for 1 car. Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 8.
