On the second floor, the main living and dining areas are arranged in an open plan. The living room includes a wall-mounted TV and balcony access through double glass doors. The kitchen connects directly to the dining area, and this level also includes a king primary bedroom with a private bath, a powder room, and laundry.

The third floor holds the remaining four bedrooms. One king bedroom connects to a bunk room with balcony access via a Jack-and-Jill bath. Another king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a second Jack-and-Jill bath. Pool heat is available October through April for an additional daily fee. The first floor features two guest bedrooms, each with king-size beds and a shared full hall bath. This floor also includes a bonus den and kitchenette. Doors lead to the pool and patio with grill, complete with seating that creates a perfect environment to relax with a drink or to host a poolside cookout.

The second floor boasts the main open living area, which includes comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and double glass doors leading to a breezy balcony.
