A chocolate-brown couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and two armchairs are all centered around a striped rug and glass-topped coffee table. A large flatscreen TV sits atop a white shelving for entertainment. The informal dining area borders the living room, featuring a hardwood-topped table with seating for six. A colorful flower painting and chandelier create a happy atmosphere for enjoying a vacation meal. Situated beside the dining table, a breakfast bar provides ample room to serve up appetizers and cocktails, as well as additional stool seating. The kitchen includes white appliances, a tiled backsplash, and spacious cabinets. From this main great room, guests can access a cozy outdoor patio. The patio includes a table and chairs and looks out over a pretty lawn. It is a pleasant spot to have a snack and bask in the warm coastal weather.

The master suite, which has teal-green walls accented by burgundy tones, radiates an inviting atmosphere. It boasts a king-size bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, white dresser, and a private bath. A vanity and glass-walled tub and shower combo are included in the master bath. The front patio is also accessible from the master bedroom. In the guestroom, sunshine yellow walls, sea blues, and seaside décor give off a distinctly beachy feel. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a blue headboard, wall-mounted TV, large window, and access to a full hall bath.
