From here, you can access a screened porch, which is furnished with a BBQ grill - perfect for cooking up a Southern-style coastal meal for the whole group. The covered porch also includes an outdoor shower and storage closet for all of your beach needs.

Upstairs, the second level is dedicated to an expansive great room, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes a sectional, a beach-inspired accent chair, and an additional armchair. This seating ensemble is centered around a decorative rug and round drink table that faces a cream-colored credenza and flatscreen TV. Beach-washed vinyl flooring flows into the dining nook, where large windows create a bright, warm atmosphere. The dining room has a cottage-style table and six chairs that sit beneath a candle chandelier.
