*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Crystal Sands will undergo exterior waterproofing, painting, and other building improvements beginning on or before November 1, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 3–4 months, weather permitting.
