This beach house is centrally located in the Emerald Waters Village neighborhood of Miramar Beach, placing it close to sugary shores, emerald waters, and coastal entertainment. Guests will quickly feel at home in this gorgeous paradise with a private pool, a tropically curated yard, and breezy balconies. The home has four bedrooms, four baths, and modern accommodations for up to 10 guests.Leave your worries at the door because once you step into this beach house, nothing but relaxation awaits you! The first floor is open and spacious, creating an upscale yet laid-back gathering space. Honey-toned floors, coastal accents, and pops of green and blue add to the cozy feel. The living room features two geometric-patterned couches and two green-striped armchairs centered around a blue rug. The seating ensemble faces a TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Wood flooring flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts handsome dark cabinetry and contrasting white countertops. The kitchen has a tiled backsplash, beachy dcor, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with four regal blue-suede chairs.
