Guests may experience intermittent work-related noise and temporary closures of exterior areas. Both pool decks are expected to close in December, with plans to reopen for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
