The condo’s first floor is dedicated to the open great room, which combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Beach-washed vinyl flooring and sandy-toned walls extend throughout the room, creating a laidback beachy feel. An eclectic combo of furnishings and décor add fun pops of vibrant color to the space. The living area includes a light-teal, shell-patterned couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Two burgundy armchairs flank the couch. The comfortable seating ensemble faces a TV mounted above a rustic entertainment table. In the dining area, a raised hardwood table with stool seating provides a casual spot for dining, morning to night.
