This stunning home sits directly across from the sugar white beach adjacent to the prestigious Avalon community on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destins Miramar Beach. The views of the jeweled toned waters are spectacular and the beach access is only moments away. The grand stately front exterior has double columns framed by two Royal Palms that graciously embrace the two story glass walled entry way. A crystal chandelier hangs from above with a sweeping open staircase that leads to the main living area upstairs. Straight ahead is a nice Family Room with a wrap around couch that faces a wide TV. A Wet Bar sits nearby and an arched double door leads out to a sparkling 24x14 private swimming pool. This is luxuriously convenient since four of the five gorgeous bedrooms in this home are on this first floor level and some have direct access to the pool courtyard. This is a great place to be since there is a partially covered patio that overlooks the palm studded pool with views the gorgeous gulf in the background. One of the bedrooms is a King Suite with a luxurious private bathroom while another also has a King sized bed with access to a full hall bathroom. In addition there is a wonderful spacious kids bedroom that has three Full-size bunk beds with six berths as well as a pool table. This connects to a full bathroom that is shared by another lovely guest bedroom with a King sized bed.Upstairs you will find the elegant and comfortably plush main living area complete with another wrap around couch that faces another wide screen TV. An open gleaming white modern kitchen has everything you need to create a fun family feast. It provides a great spot for entertainment since a long angled bar has plenty of space to lay out favorite appetizers and drinks. There is also a formal dining room for sit down meals. The second floor faces a wall of windows with doors that lead out to a columned balcony that covers the entire expanse of the house. The handsome King Primary Suite is a private wing with its own big luxury bathroom and has access to this same balcony where there are charming woven straw chairs as well as a dining table for leisurely views.
