Designed to sleep up to nine guests, it combines a multi-bedroom setup with practical features such as elevator access, a private entrance, internet access, air conditioning, heating, and provided towels/linens.

The interior is arranged on a single level. The living room opens to a balcony, and the kitchen and dining area are positioned for easy meal prep and group dining. The primary king bedroom includes a tub/shower combo and balcony access. A second king bedroom also has a tub/shower combo. The bunk room is configured with two twin bunks plus a twin trundle bed, and there is a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Laundry is located within the condo and includes a washer/dryer.
