*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Crystal Sands will undergo exterior waterproofing, painting, and other building improvements beginning on or before November 1, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 3–4 months, weather permitting. Guests may experience construction noise, temporary restrictions to balconies and common areas, and periods of limited or unavailable unit access.
