The house sits just one lot off the beach offering spectacular views and ridiculously easy beach access! (30 second walk to the beach, no roads to cross). Additionally, Coco Hut has a 8'x17' private pool that can be heated October - April upon request, and 2,800 square feet with bedding for 18!

Miramar Beach offers wonderful amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Sliver Sands Outlets is the largest outdoor outlet mall in the country which is perfect for the shopper in your group. You’re also a short drive from both A Winn Dixie and Publix supermarket. Make sure you take the family over to nearby Baytowne Wharf located in the Sandestin Resort.
