Mermaid's Lookout offers two stories of luxurious living space and a wonderful bright and open floor plan perfect for you and your family to gather together or spread out and enjoy your beachy vacation. The first floor features the family room with a large flat screen TV and comfy furnishings to sit and watch the ocean waves, beautiful dining area, and a modern kitchen offering stunning granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances; fully stocked for your family to prepare healthy meals and even bake a cake!

The Downstairs King primary suite with sweeping ocean views and deck access with a private ensuite bathroom and TV.
Bunkroom has one twin bunk set and a separate twin with a pull out twin and a private ensuite.
Queen bedroom has easy access to hallway bathroom.

The penthouse King suite occupies the entire top floor with a private beachfront balcony offering to-die-for panoramic ocean views. The luxurious master bath features a granite vanity, tile flooring, glass front shower, and separate jetted tub.
Bed sizes: 1K, 1K, 1Q, 1 Twin bunk set, 1T bed w/ Twin trundle.

Please note that you must stop by our office, located just outside of Sandbridge, to pick up your arrival packet, which includes the keys, fobs, and parking passes required for your condo stay.
