This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor of The Sanctuary at False Cape offers a relaxing coastal retreat just steps from the beach. While the condo is not oceanfront, it overlooks the homes along White Cap Lane and may offer partial ocean views from the balcony.

Designed with families and small groups in mind, this spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary suite features a King bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests and includes two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds plus a Twin trundle, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the brand-new washer and dryer make it easy to keep beach towels and laundry fresh throughout your vacation. After a day at the beach or pool, unwind on the private balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Please note that the balcony is enclosed with protective netting. This has been installed to help keep birds and other wildlife out while allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space.
As a guest at The Sanctuary at False Cape, you’ll have access to the community’s outstanding resort-style amenities, including multiple swimming pools, fitness centers, grilling areas, and convenient beach access.

Please note that you must stop by our office, located just outside of Sandbridge, to pick up your arrival packet, which includes the keys, fobs, and parking passes required for your condo stay.

No pets are permitted due to The Sanctuary Condominium Association rules.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a relaxing beach escape, this comfortable Sanctuary condo offers the perfect home base for enjoying everything Sandbridge Beach has to offer.

The complex provides two gyms, three pools, an open courtyard with gas grills, and garage parking for one vehicle with a parking pass. A second unmarked parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need additional parking, a pay-by-day or night city parking is conveniently located next door, at the Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS 3 POOLS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
