We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Access

For check-in, Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas Representative at a pre-determined location and then be escorted past the gates and up to the home.Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 late arrival fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm. We encourage all of our Guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any costs that may arise from flight delays, cancelations, etc.

Transit

A 4x4 vehicle is required. The fastest way to arrive is to have our Concierge book you a flight from SJO to Quepos on one of the local airlines. From the Quepos airport, Guests are only 40 minutes from the property. Our Concierge can line up a rental vehicle for you.

Interaction

Concierge Services: NO ChargeOur concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed.We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the areas best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.

The home is in a private and secure neighborhood, nestled in the mountains and jungles, between Dominical and Manuel Antonio. Guests love the wildlife and privacy this property and home provide.

Space

The property is 100% private with no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the swimming pool and all areas on the property. Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
