This condo is located on the fourth floor, High Pointe Unit 1413. This condo is located just south of 30A, Seacrest, FL. It is directly across the street to the popular restaurants Pizza by the Sea or La Cocina. Rosemary Beach's wonderful shops and restaurants are just a short bike ride or walk away. High Pointe Resort offers a private beach and a beautiful community pool that are perfect for your vacation. The playground is right across the street from your condo and is great for children. Tennis courts are also available for family friendly competition.

The kitchen is located to your right as you enter the home. It is perfect for family meals. To your left you will find the guest room, which has 2 comfortable queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The living room has a great view of the pool and is spacious. The master bedroom is located right off the living room, and has a fantastic view of the pool. We are thrilled to have you stay with our company! Oversee Rentals is a local company that is owned by hard-working professionals who are passionate about providing a clean and enjoyable experience for our guests.
