Property Description

The condo includes a set of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used from March 1st to October 31st.

Leeward II Unit 4 looks out onto the emerald green waters and sugar sand beaches. This condo on the 2nd floor is located near Eastern Lake, in Seagrove Beach. It is midway between Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a bunk nook. The kitchen and open-plan living room have a sleeper sofa. The covered porch is located off the living area. It's a great place to enjoy the sun and watch the waves.

There are 3 convenient access points to the beach while you stay at Leeward II Unit 4. You will find a private beach access to the building and two public beaches access that are less than three minutes from your front door. The Eastern Lake public beach access will allow you to stand on the sand between Gulf of Mexico, Eastern Lake, and one of our rare coastal dunes lakes. This pool is perfect for kids to play in.
