The 2-bedroom townhome, which is brand new, is located north of Prominence at 30A. This peaceful community features a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor grills. It also has a fitness center. It's also a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach.

The Big Chill is the newest restaurant on 30A. It offers food, drinks, and entertainment. It's a great place for the whole family to enjoy dinner or to just relax and listen as local musicians play.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with brand-new, high quality appliances and cookware, allowing you to dine in. The large TV in the family room is a plus. The second floor can accommodate 6. The second floor accommodates 6.
