Pappy Hour is a 3BR/3BA condo in Blue Mountain Beach. This unit is spacious and newly renovated, with a stylish interior that makes it ideal for making memories on Florida's Gulf Coast. The gated, gulffront condominiums are located one block South of 30A between two communities that are not renting. They offer the perfect combination of quiet beauty and all the conveniences. You'll be amazed at the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico as soon as you walk into the unit. Evenings in are a treat after watching the sunset from your balcony. Then, you can enjoy movie night on your new 80" Smart TV. You can also choose from a variety of take-out options nearby or use your full kitchen. The main suite has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with an enormous jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a 60" Smart TV, desk, and a private balcony with loungers. The unit also has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and ensuite access to the main balcony. The other has full-over bunk beds (with trundle!) Each bedroom has a television. Blue Mountain Beach Condo is a gated community that offers private beach access, one covered parking spot, and a beautiful 50-foot atrium. The condo building also has a hot tub and beachfront pool, a gas grilling area, a basketball goal, additional parking, and an elevator. The onsite gym is available for those who want to do more than just walk on the beach. Renters receive a complimentary beach service from March to October. This includes two chairs, one umbrella and one sidetable set up each morning. On request, complimentary bicycles can also be provided. Every year, the beautiful beaches of 30A are included on the top beaches list in the country. The complex is a short walk from many great restaurants, ice cream, bakery, health food store, and even live music. Blue Mountain Beach is located within 5 miles from Grayton, Grayton and Seaside Beaches. We are located 25 miles west from Panama City and 18 miles east from Destin.
