About this rental

Property Description

Lovely and relaxing modular home in the Keys section of Oceanside Village within a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Private beach access and parking available next to the refreshing Conch Cafe for OSV residents, with gate key pass available at OSV office for a small and partly refundable fee. Many amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, gym available, small lakes to fish in, social activities.

Outside deck with small table and propane grill, where you can view a small lake and listen to the birds and frogs chirping.
Home is equipped with Roku smart TVs, internet service, central air and furnace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a big pot for that shrimp boil or frogmore stew. Washer and dryer are full size for your convenience. Complimentary golf cart available.

A complimentary golf cart, cleaning and taxes are included.

Please leave the home clean as you found it, for the next person.
Remove linens to be washed and put on floor in bathrooms.
Replace cover on golf cart
Cover grill, make sure propane tank is turned off.
Unplug coffee pots
All dirty dishes in dishwasher, please turn it on before you leave.
Please write in the guest book, would love to hear about your stay!
My goal is to make you feel like a treasured guest, please let me know if there are any issues that need to be addressed during your stay.

Required Stay

Minimum one week, rental period is Saturday to Saturday

Lodging Tax(es)

SC tax will be added to the total amount due, currently 12%

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before reservations.

Deposit(s)

One half of total rent to be paid at time of reservation. Balance plus security deposit to be paid one month before occupancy.

Other Fees

Security deposit is $500.00
If you are approved to bring a pet, an additional deposit of $150.00 to be paid with second payment.
Upon satisfactory inspection of the property, both security deposits will be refunded to you.

Other Policies

Drivers of golf cart must hold a valid drivers’ license and be over 16.
Please be aware of speed bumps and drive slowly over them.

Other Activities and Special Interests

South Carolina is steeped in the history of this nation. Charleston is a short drive and you will be able to experience Brookgreen Gardens, Atalaya at Huntington Beach State Park and Pauly’s island shopping with its famous hammock shops, Georgetown, and other historical spots along the way.
There are nice biking trails near Huntington Beach State park.
Murrells Inlet is the place to go for dinner with an inlet view of goat island or boating excursions including a pirate cruise or sunset dinner cruise.
I recommend Blue Wave Adventures for a nice boat ride and views of dolphins, at Crazy Sister Marina in Murrells Inlet.
Or, just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach!
