Designed to maximize breathtaking views of the Gulf, this stunning beachfront retreat will offer nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private pool, and direct beach access via a private dune walkover.

With approximately 22 guests accommodated, this spacious home will be thoughtfully designed for large family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, and special gatherings. Multiple levels of Gulf front living space will provide plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the spectacular coastal scenery.

While final furnishings are still being selected, the current planned bedding configuration includes seven bedrooms with King beds. Two additional bunk rooms are planned, with one featuring three Twin over Twin bunk beds and the other featuring one Twin over Twin bunk bed. Please note that these bunk room configurations are tentative and may be adjusted prior to completion.

Step outside to enjoy your private pool, take a stroll down your private dune walkover, or spend your days soaking up the sun on the sugar white sands just steps from your door. Expansive Gulf views are expected throughout the home, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable beach vacation.
