Experience the Best of Orange Beach at Phoenix East 1104 - A 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo

We had a great stay, the condo was clean, everything worked as it should, beds were very comfortable. A great vacation experience! Zero complaints. We also enjoyed watching the boats going thru the inlet to Perdido Bay from our balcony. The furniture on the balcony was very nice!

Enjoyed our stayed very much. We always look forward to spending time here. We will return.

Our first time staying in the Phoenix, the location is wonderful, watching all the boats going out through Perdido pass. The unit 1104 was beautiful, we had a small issue, but it was solved very quickly. The facility was very clean and the staff always had smiles. We love the Phoenix properties, have tried others, but always return to them.

I thought it was very nicely decorated abd clean . I enjoyed the view alot. It was spacious enough and had everything we needed. I was glad there was a washer and dryer because we washed almost everyday due to baseball tournaments.

The condo is in a great location and is well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. The staff on sight were always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved the condo in Orange Beach. This was our first visit to the area and we are sure to return. The condo was very clean and had a great ocean view. The keyless entry was great for not having to keep up with your key while at the beach.

Clean, Prefect Location, Would love to rent again

Our family of 6 loved staying in this condo! It was updated, beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciated the starter soaps, dish soap, washing powder and toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and store food. It even had a blender, which we used to make smoothies! It was a fantastic condo and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week at Orange Beach in unit 1104 of Phoenix East. The condo was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the living room was inviting, and the kitchen was well stocked. Waking up to the beautiful Gulf was delightful!

Had a fantastic view; especially if you like to watch boats on the water! All needed amenities were provided. Convenient to restaurants and groceries. Well maintained and decorated. Just a great place.

The kitchen was well stocked , furniture comfortable including the pull out couch. I would highly recommend this condo 1104 and will book again.

The unit was located right on the beach and had a great view. I was disappointed we had to pay for parking. In all my years of renting beach condos I have never been charged to park! The unit had been updated except for the bathrooms which where very bad for the amount of rent.

The unit was nice, on the small side but nice, bathrooms need to be renovated..overall Phoenix East is old and needs renovation, since was raining we went to the indoor pool, very old and outdated, dark and in very poor well as all the rest of the common ares are showing the signs of age and use.

Great vacation!! Phoenix East is a wonderful location. The beach is beautiful. The facility is clean. The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The availability of all the luggage carts is a huge plus.

This was a great experience. The water was clear and the beach wasn't crowded at all. Our room was clean and very well maintained. It was truly a great week.

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. It was just me and my husband, our little one, and my dad. We don't get to spend much time all together since my dad travels for work and lives in a different state so it was nice to reconnect. The weather was great. It was actually cooler at the beach than back home. The condo was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own space.
