Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix VIII. Phoenix VIII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony.

The views are amazing from this 12th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 42' in the master bedroom. We have installed granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!

There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VIII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

We do have other units at Phoenix 8 should you need more space.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Quiet Stay at Orange Beach

We stayed in this condo from Feb 14-Mar 7, 2022 and it was wonderful. We had a great view to the West and could see sunsets many of the nights there. There was plenty of room, nicely decorated, good WiFi, and nicely stocked kitchen. The towels could have been bigger and took two towels to dry off. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. It was the quietest condo we have ever stayed in. The balcony was a great place to sit and read. It was very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach wasn't crowded. The indoor pool and hot tub were small, but nobody was using them when we were there. The outdoor pool is would have been nice for it to be heated. The management company was very responsive when we called about the light being out in the refrigerator. Phoenix Rentals LLC is great to work with! The only downside to our stay is they are building a high rise to the east of the building and there was construction noise and when it is completed, you won't be able to see anything to the east of the balcony.

Only (one) thing bothered me with the exception of the weather.
The surprise of a charge for parking at the last minute aggravated me.
Nothing we can do about the weather except complain, and I was. Two days out of eight we had a little sun. It was February after all.
