The unit has many upgrades, including the full-sized, wood cabinets. We removed the builders-grade carpet and installed tile throughout. Beautiful rugs accent the rooms. On every window in the condo, we've taken down the plastic, vertical blinds and replaced them with drapes. Just look at the pictures. This is our 2nd home and we furnished it like our primary residence, not just anything to get it furnished. If this is not the nicest condo in the fabulous Phoenix West , we haven't seen one nicer!! There are 5 Sony LCD TV's (4 with DVDs), including a large, wall mounted 52" screen in the family room. This unit is on the East end of the building - this is the best side for spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset!



When you enter this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. This condo is over 2500 square feet of pure beach luxury! The living area is decorated with two sofas and four of seating for everyone. It has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views in ALL bedrooms and the entire living/dining areas. A wet-bar with ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large conversation set with built-in ice bucket and lounge chairs, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.



The master bedroom has a king bed, floor to ceiling windows that access a private patio, and beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. The 2nd master also has a king bed. The two other bedrooms are outfitted 1 with queen, 1 with two extra long twin beds. All bedrooms have a flat panel LCD TVs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom!



Phoenix West is an amazing new property! From the time you step out of your car in the glass enclosed garage and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. The entry to the condo is inside! No more getting your belongings soaked if you happen to arrive when its raining! This East corner unit is the best location in the building. You will enjoy amazing views of the Gulf from all rooms!



Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. There is also a large zero-entry outdoor pool. The heated indoor pool and hot tubs are perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room and sauna.



This unit is all tile with rugs just where they need to be! No carpet to worry about! The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. Tile backsplash and a tile-lined bar add even more luxury! Eating in? No problem seating your group with a dining room table that seats 6 and 4 additional bar stools.



The large balconies provide incredible views that span for miles along pristine white beaches and the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, Phoenix West is the first gulf front property to offer a lazy river water feature, complete with water slide for the kids (even the grown-up kids!).



Our condo has a state-of-the-art electronic lock. We will give you a unique code that's good for your entire stay. Prior codes simply do not work! No keys to keep up with at the beach! No need to check-in, just go to the condo! No more lost keys or magnetic keys that do not work!



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
