Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Also, when leaving the condo you walk into an atrium and not the elements, this is great if staying in the winter months or when it happens to rain!!

Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in orange beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom.

New living room and bedroom furniture in 12/18.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Located just steps from the elevators and parking garage! Park on the same floor as the condo!!

We also have another 2br and 1br on this floor should you need more space.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We had a great stay and look forward to the next time. Easy check in, we were mostly satisfied with this condo but we did have some minor problems with the garbage disposal and slow draining shower stalls. The manager responded quickly to our call about the disposal. This unit also needs a deep cleaning of the rug and sofas in living area. The view of the gulf was just what we needed to boost our moods this winter.

The place was awesome. Next to Flora-Bama bar. Had its own beach access. Close to many shops, restaurants, and things to do. The beach was awesome to hang out at and very nice. The room was only on the third floor very easy to access as well.
