Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Pros: The condo was very well furnished with comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable as well. Plenty of dishes, glasses, barware, etc.
The view from the 5th floor was great. We can't comment on noise from the pool at this level since it was closed at the time for maintenance.
Cons: There is only one of each cooking utensil, so you had to keep washing them to use for different dishes. The pots and pans were good quality, but if you're used to non-stick bring your own or be prepared to scrape. One kitchen towel and one handi-wipe cloth were provided, no scrubbies. We had to go to the store for that kind of stuff. We've been renting in Orange Beach/Perdido Key for 40 years now and found this unit could use a few extras added compared to other units we've been to. Not a deal breaker for sure, just be aware to bring your own of these items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at POBII. Unit 502 is furnished exceptionally nice! The property management company was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very large and the patio furniture comfortable. The only negatives - the ceiling fans and baseboards needed to be cleaned. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. Phoenix Orange Beach II is a great complex too!
