Phoenix West 2201

This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!! New living room and balcony furniture as of June 2026!!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with all the luxuries you would expect at Phoenix West!!

The unit is professional decorated by Sea Glass, with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with wine cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King size bed in the Master, 2nd and 3rd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 4th. There is a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room and an air mattress for sleeping up to 14.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

An amazing place to stay while in Gulf Shores. Lots of room, amazing views from the balcony, the kitchen has everything you’d need. Our only complaint was there were only two remotes that turned on/ off the five televisions.

Would recommend this place for sure!

We loved this condo. It had plenty of room for our big family with adult children, and their friends. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The view cannot be beat. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room had more than enough seating for all, with the big table and all the counter stools. It was great having a separate ice maker. There were a few small maintenance issues which did not affect our stay - a cabinet door was broken, the draperies were a little beat up, and there was some mold in the second bathroom's shower. But for the end of the season these were minor. Overall we were very pleased.
