Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, recently redecorated and refreshed three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo. In the living room, watch movies and sports on the new 77” OLED SMART TV with sound bar, or listen to any of the 70 Sirius XM channels included. The Primary bedroom has a 65'' SMART TV. There is a 55'' SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 50” SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom.

This well-maintained unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as lots of thoughtful conveniences. There are USB ports in the nightstands in the primary bedroom. There are USB towers in other spots to ensure all your devices stay charged.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath-taking views. Updated stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, a wet-bar and icemaker are just a few of the high-end touches. The large balcony with great Polywood furniture has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.

The condo's primary bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing sleeping accommodations for 10.

The Oasis just received the "Best of Baldwin" Award for Condominium Resort for the second year in a row! Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad as well as the new, shaded toddler play area. The grill area has been updated to a large, covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and bar. There is a well-stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis courts and a putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival; they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at The Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
