Ashby is a private 1,450 square foot home with two private master suite bedrooms and baths. One opens onto the huge 350 foot screen porch overlooking the dunes and Gulf and the other has a private entrance from the front screened porch. Both bedrooms have pillow top mattresses one with a king and the other is a queen sized bed. There is a new double pullout sofa sleeper located in the TV room.

There is a weather protected discrete front screened porch adjacent to the kitchen with a breakfast table and 4 chairs. The open Trex deck is 400 sq ft with a gazebo, covered bar, a convenient enclosed changing room with bathroom and three lounge chairs. The trex screen porch has 8 colorful Adirondach chairs with complete convenience. Downstairs there is a covered picnic table and a screened in shady room with a Pawleys Island Hammock. Two outside showers, one privately enclosed and the other on the desk leading up the steps.

Ashby House has 3 large flat screen televisions, a Yamaha Surround Sound stereo system with Bose Speakers outside. A Remy-Halo constant air purification system with a new HVAC and dehumidifier. Free high speed wireless internet, Mediacom with HD channels, full sized washer/dryer, Hunter fans located in all rooms, a well equipped kitchen, 2 oversized recliners and a fabulous beach dining table that seats 8.

Decorated in timeless beach cottage decor, this home is truly unique as it shares the true comfort and long history on the beach as you would rarely find.
