You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!!
The condo is situated in a great spot on the 6th floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach!
Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required!
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space.
Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
