The main level includes the primary bedroom with private bath, and the second bedroom. There is a full bath off the hallway.
The lower level includes a large game room with pool table, comfortable seating in front of the TV and 2 additional bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The hot tub is located off the lower level and is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Tahoe, skiing, boarding hiking or biking.

The home is located on a quiet cul se sac just down the road from Heavenly, it is an easy drive to the Lake, shopping, dining or just exploring Lake Tahoe.
