Property Description

Grizzly sleeps 11 across 5 bedrooms and 2,500 square feet in Lake Harmony Estates, purpose-built for smaller families and groups gathering near Lake Harmony. Two stories of chalet-style construction with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows facing the woods ; the right size for a single family or a group of three or four couples who want the full Pocono setup without the scale of a 20-person house.

The Heart of the Home

The main level runs open from the kitchen through the dining area to the living room, so the cook stays in the conversation. The kitchen has granite counters and updated appliances; a breakfast bar adds overflow seating for two when the dining table fills up. Behind the living room, a game area holds a full-size pool table and a card table that seats five. The stone fireplace anchors the living room ; the space where the group settles in at the start and end of each day.

Outdoor Living

The deck is set up for group meals and evening conversation, with the Weber gas grill ready for the cook. Below the deck, the hot tub tucks in underneath for privacy and year-round use. Lake Harmony Estates Beach is a short drive for warm-weather days, and Big Boulder Ski Resort is 7 minutes away when the snow is down.

• Ski or snowboard: Big Boulder Ski Resort is a 7-minute drive (about 2.4 miles); close enough for a morning run that still leaves the afternoon for the hot tub.

Professionally managed by Pocono Mountain Rentals. PMR's in-house maintenance crew preps every home before arrival: propane filled, firewood stacked, hot tub balanced. If something needs attention during your stay, a local PMR team member responds.

Vacation Rental Policies

Pet Policy:
Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
